The air-conditioned rooms at Aidana Plaza Hotel were a relief from the hot weather outside. I could relax and stay cool throughout my stay. As someone with a physical handicap, this was essential for my comfort.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the sofa in the double room. I found it a bit uncomfortable and would have preferred a different seating option.

This hotel exceeded all expectations in every way, 100% recommend. We both thoroughly enjoyed it, the place is modern and comfortable and suited us fine. All of the staff was friendly and amicable😃

Fairly clean hotel, services were excellent and location was favourable very close to several landmarks. Everything was good, neat and huge room with views. I enjoyed a nice decor. Location: the property was next to old Shymkent, the major parks in Shymkent and shopping attractions. I randomly popped in Madlen serving some pastries, located at walking distance from the hotel, it was nice. I had a fantastic time.
